Refund and Return Policies

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your
return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the person who gave the gift decided to have the order shipped to you to give to you later, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift, and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
